D Marg Enterprise Co., Ltd. ("D Marg", "we") operates this website and the investor services described on it. We act as the data controller for personal data submitted through this site.

Enquiry details — industry, investment requirement, budget range, timeline and any information you choose to include
Preferences — preferred language and contact channel
Technical data — IP address, browser type and submission timestamp, recorded for security and abuse prevention

3. Why we use it

Personal data is used to respond to and manage your enquiry, and for no unrelated purpose.

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form; the necessity of processing to take steps at your request before entering into a contract; and our legitimate interest in operating and securing our business, balanced against your rights.

With partner firms appointed to deliver a service you have requested, limited to what that firm needs

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve the relationship and to meet legal and accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

8. Security

Access to enquiry data is restricted to authorised personnel, transmission is encrypted in transit, and administrative actions on investor records are logged. No system is absolutely secure, and we ask that you do not submit confidential technical documents through the public form — your advisor will provide a secure channel.

9. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Your language preference is stored in your browser's local storage so the site opens in the language you chose. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
